Wow, it has been a long time since I last posted here, but I hope you all are doing well!
Today, I want to share a sort of update on what I’m using in place of regular foundation in my makeup routine. A few months ago, I shared in this post how I was using Badger tinted sunscreen as my foundation, with arrowroot powder as my setting powder. Since then, I have changed it up and tried out another brand of sunscreen that I actually prefer over the Badger brand.
This post is not sponsored.
I have started using the tinted sunscreen created by BeautybyEarth, and it wears more like a real foundation than the previous brand I was using (more of a matte finish and not all greasy.) It also comes in different shades so there is more room for customization. It is more expensive than Badger, but when compared with the price you can pay for a natural foundation, it’s not so bad…
Now, you could use a tinted moisturizer instead of sunscreen, if you so choose, but I like having the skin protection factor that comes with wearing sunscreen, since it has an SPF 20.
I’ve also changed the setting powder that I use from arrowroot powder to natural mineral powder.
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this little update and maybe helped you out if you’re on the hunt for a natural sunscreen that wears more like foundation!
Have a great day!
