Make Your Own Oat Flour (Using Your Magic Bullet!)

Hello everybody! Hope you all are doing well!

Today, I’m sharing with you an easy way to make oat flour in your Magic Bullet, if you don’t have a full size blender (which I don’t at the moment.)

You simply need oats and a Bullet, and a few minutes to blend them up! If you’re following the THM plan, being able to make oat flour can be helpful, since it doesn’t have to be sprouted or fermented to stay “on plan,” making it an easy choice of you’re looking to mix something up quickly.

Alright, let’s move on!

Basically, all you need to do is add your oats to one of the mixing cups, screw on the blade attachment, and place the cup onto the base. Blend for a few seconds at a time, until the oats are ground into a finer texture. It may not be a very fine flour, but obviously it shouldn’t look like whole rolled oats, either!

Repeat the steps above with all of oats you need to turn into flour, and you’re done!

I hope this helps you out if you’re in need of some oat flour, but only have rolled oats on hand!

Happy baking! 😊
