Good morning, everyone! Can you believe it’s December 2, already?! I mean, just one month left before we enter the year 2020… wow!
Anyway, this month I’ve decided to set a goal for myself of exercising three days a week, even if it’s just for 15 minutes a day! There are a lot of get togethers around this time of year, and a lot of food, and a lot of busyness, so it wouldn’t be a bad idea for me to keep myself on a good exercise schedule! 15 minutes at a time might not sound like much (and it isn’t) but I think it’s better than nothing.

Would you like to join me? I’m not calling for any strict workout routine or anything like that, but maybe you could also benefit from a bit of exercise this month! Why don’t you decide how much you can realistically exercise this month, and challenge yourself to stick to it? If you’re a member of an online workout group or something like that, they may have their own challenge for this month, and you could just follow that! Or you could just use an at home workout DVD and call it good. 😊
