So I am the type of person who prefers to use natural products, whether I’m cleaning my bathroom or putting on my makeup. The problem when it comes to cosmetics is that even some natural products aren’t quite what I’m looking for in terms of ingredients, or they are expensive, or both! Since I don’t want to spend a small fortune on makeup, I have started doing things a bit differently when it comes to foundation.
Instead of using a typical liquid or powder foundation, I have begun using a tinted sunscreen which acts as my moisturizer/foundation.
(By the way, this is not a sponsored post, and I am in no way affiliated with the Badger brand. Also, I am in no way an expert on natural products, and I encourage you to do your own research to decide what you are comfortable with when it comes to YOUR products. The “Badger” brand is the one I chose, although there are others listed on Amazon. This one is currently priced at only $6.13 for almost 3 ounces! That is much more affordable than most natural makeup you can find. You can find it at this link: https://www.amazon.com/Badger-Tinted-Mineral-Sunscreen-Unscented/dp/B00V7401GQ/ref=sr_1_4?crid=3NSIXE797YQB&keywords=badger+tinted+sunscreen&qid=1572642922&s=beauty&sprefix=Badger+tinted+%2Cbeauty%2C311&sr=1-4rel=“nofollow”
Now, I will note that I’m not completely sold on this particular product, because it does feel greasy when you put it on, and I apply a homemade powder over it to help it not look so shiny. I may try a different brand at some point to see if it’s a little better, but for now I’ll use what I’ve got. However, I would still rather use this product than most makeup, despite the greasiness, and you can’t beat the price!
